Welcome to Nethorx ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Nethorx.

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To access or use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Nethorx provides a platform for Users to mint, buy, and sell non-fungible tokens (NFTs). All transactions on the Platform are conducted using Ethereum (ETH) and Wrapped Ethereum (WETH).

• Service Fees: We charge a platform fee of 2.5% on all NFT sales. These fees are deducted automatically from the sale price.
• Creator Royalties: Creators may set royalty fees for secondary sales of their NFTs. These fees are determined by the creator and are paid out automatically.
• Conversion Fees: Converting NFTs to ETH incurs a 15% conversion fee, which must be paid from available ETH balances.
• Blockchain Transactions: All transactions are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain and are irreversible. We are not responsible for any issues arising from blockchain network congestion or failures.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Nethorx, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you mint or purchase an NFT, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any underlying content. Ownership of an NFT does not automatically transfer the copyright to the underlying content unless explicitly stated by the creator.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NETHORX, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
